If you have just decided to build an online shop and this is your first time logging in, your store may contain some dummy products and categories, just for display purposes. Feel free to remove these before adding your own range of products. Just visit the Manage > Products and the Manage > Categories sections of the Control Panel to remove them.

Once you have added your products, you'll want to have a think about which ecommerce merchants, such as PayPal, you want to support. PayPal will already be enabled and funds will automatically be sent to your email address as soon as you make money. You can enable more via the Ecommerce > Checkouts section of the Control Panel.
